Job Description

This is day 1 onsite in Houston, TX.
10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity consulting, focusing on enterprise security architecture and risk management.
Proven expertise in M&A IT integration, including security due diligence, risk assessments, and post-merger integration planning.
Skilled in defining and implementing cybersecurity controls, governance frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
Experience leading threat assessments, identity and access management, and data protection initiatives during organizational transitions.
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant, and seamless IT integration in M&A environments.
