Job Description
As a key member of our software development team, working closely with the services department, the Full Stack Developer / Product Support Specialist will be responsible for:
Support & Maintenance
Providing Level 1 & Level 2 support to existing clients.
Performing quality checks for product releases and updates.
Conducting routine health checks on client systems.
Documenting client solution workflows.
Logging and escalating support issues to the development team.
Automating monitoring and support tasks using scripting languages (C#, Python, VBScript, SQL).
Deployment & Operations
Coordinating software releases with project stakeholders and clients.
Deploying software updates across internal staging and production environments.
Designing and maintaining automated deployment strategies.
Administering cloud services to support development activities.
Managing Windows Server failover clusters.
Implementing and maintaining application monitoring solutions.
Handling SQL Server deployment, maintenance, and database migration strategies.
Collaboration & Documentation
Contributing to technical documentation and process improvement.
Participating in testing and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer science.
3+ years experience in a similar role.
Experience with 2 out of 3: cloud solutions, continuous integration tools, writing PowerShell/Bash scripts
Experience with some of the tools we use: AWS, Team City, MsSQL, Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, GitKraken, Windows Server, Failover Clusters
A good knowledge of SQL and at least one DBMS.
Have previously deployed, managed or custom-built application monitoring solutions/dashboards.
