Senior Software Engineer (Cloud/Java/AWS)
Location: London (1 day per week onsite)
Contract: Until March 2026
Start: ASAP
IR35: Inside

We're working with a major media client who's building a new engineering team to modernise their internal media services platform - replacing Legacy components, reducing tech debt, and moving fully into the cloud.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work as part of a small, focused delivery team, designing and implementing replacement components using cloud-native, modern practices and technologies.

Key Skills & Experience
(ideally within the last 12 months or your most recent project):

Strong AWS expertise, ideally with CDK proficiency
Experience building and maintaining Java microservices
Solid understanding of DevOps/CI-CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline)
Proven use of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Experience with component migrations or refactoring Legacy systems
