You manage incidents and events to ensure optimal software/hardware functionality.
You install, implement, configure, and deliver IT solutions on a project basis.
You conduct inventories and analyze the IT infrastructure, optimizing it where possible.
You independently analyze problems arising during implementations and propose effective corrective measures.
You document solutions and changes comprehensively.
You collaborate closely with team members and partners to resolve complex issues effectively.
You communicate with support teams to handle incidents during both implementation and operation phases.

What are we looking for?

You hold a Bachelor's degree in ICT or possess equivalent experience.
You have 1-2 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in an international environment.
You demonstrate proficiency in Windows, Office365, Networking, Firewalling, and Routing.
You are an independent worker who is also highly collaborative.
You possess flexibility to adjust to varying onsite hours.
Knowledge of ITIL (Foundation certification is a strong plus); familiarity with Prince2/Waterfall methodologies is an asset.
You are proficient in English and Dutch, with French being an advantage.
