Job Specifications

Ready to make magic? We're hiring for our 12-month undergraduate placement schemes.

We have a range of internship opportunities available within the HR team here at Disney. These roles will be split by the following areas:

HR Operations: The first point of contact and supporting function for all things HR. In this role, you'll be at the core of the employee experience, supporting colleagues throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle. From maintaining accurate employee records and processing key documentation to managing our HR systems and shared mailbox, you'll be the go-to person for HR queries and support. You'll also coordinate tasks across the HR team and dive into HR metrics to help shape data-driven decisions, while building a solid foundation in HR, gaining exposure to the full end-to-end function, and playing a vital role in keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Organisational Management and HRIS: In this remit you will support both the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and Latin America (LATAM) regions by managing headcount processes, ensuring data integrity, and engaging with HR partners, as well as providing operational and project support for HR systems like SAP and Workday. You will gain hands-on experience in strategic consultation, system troubleshooting, testing system changes, and ensuring HR systems meet business and legal requirements.

Talent Acquisition: You will be supporting recruitment activity across EMEA. You will rotate around different areas of recruitment, including professional, early careers, contingent and executive hiring. You will also be involved with project work focused on diversity & inclusion, candidate experience and process improvement initiatives.

Organisation and Talent Solutions (O&TS): This team is dedicated to enhancing careers and fostering a culture of learning and growth across EMEA. You will contribute significantly by offering operational support and coordinating projects across Employee Experience, Talent and Performance, Learning and Leadership Development and Organisational Development.
