Key Responsibilities
Build and scale exceptional engineering teams through strategic recruitment, mentorship, and career development
Foster a culture of innovation where experimentation, learning, and calculated risk-taking drive breakthrough solutions
Champion engineering excellence by establishing best practices, modern tooling, and architectural standards
Develop technical talent through coaching, pair programming, and knowledge sharing initiatives
Drive business impact by aligning technical capabilities with strategic objectives
What You'll Do
Build bridges: Collaborate across tribes and with product leadership
Innovate responsibly: Balance experimentation with regulatory compliance
Grow careers: Design personalized development paths for each team members
Lead with empathy: Regular 1:1s focused on growth, not just delivery
Enable greatness: Remove blockers and create conditions for teams to excel
Stay technically relevant: Contribute to architecture decisions and code reviews

What We're Looking For
For Experienced People Managers:
Proven track record developing technical talent
Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn
Experience with agile methodologies and product development
Strong coaching and performance management skills
For Senior Engineers Moving to Management:
5+ years hands-on experience with Java, React or Angular (or similar)
Passion for developing others and sharing knowledge
Interest in business impact beyond code
Experience coaching and mentoring junior developers (formal or informal)
For Both:
Growth mindset and continuous learning approach
Experience with modern development practices (CI/CD, testing, etc.)
Collaborative leadership style
Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams
