We're hiring a Business Analyst to support an AI-driven initiative with a leading enterprise organization in Hartford, CT.

In this role, you'll partner with Product Owners and Data Science teams to define and document requirements, analyze and validate AI model outputs (including chatbot functionality), and help guide improvements to model accuracy.

What You'll Do:

Gather and document business and functional requirements for AI applications.
Support data preparation, document labeling, and content structuring for model training.
Analyze LLM/chatbot outputs and validate results against source data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to AI accuracy and performance.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
General understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, chatbots, document processing, etc.).
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Insurance industry experience is a plus.
