Job Overview

Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Type: Contract (6+ months, possible extension)
Location: 100% onsite -- Santa Clara, CA

Core Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Optimization: Deep dive into current workflows (especially Quote to Cash) to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, etc.) to align on business processes.
Implementation & Testing: Hands-on with solution testing, issue tracking, and ensuring functional fit.
Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs and refine implemented features.
Business Case Development: Present findings and solutions to senior leadership.

Required Experience & Skills

10+ years as a Process/Business Analyst.
Strong in:
Enterprise Applications: Salesforce (CRM, CPQ), ERP, Zuora, eCommerce platforms.
Quote to Cash (Q2C), Subscription Management, Contract & Fulfillment.
Process Mapping & Modeling.
Business Automation Tools & cross-functional project management.
Technical Tools: Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, Salesforce CPQ.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
