Job Title: R&D Quality Business Systems Principal Analyst
Job Location: Remote - must work EST
Type: W2 contract
Duration: 12 months
Seeking a skilled R&D Quality Systems and Data Analytics professional to support and enhance data-driven decision-making within the R&D Quality Assurance (RDQA) organization. The role involves designing and implementing BI dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that improve oversight, compliance, and operational efficiency across GxP (GCP, GLP, GVP) functions.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data integration, visualization, and reporting, driving continuous improvement aligned with corporate quality goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage R&D Quality data frameworks, dashboards, and analytics solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).
Lead initiatives on data accessibility, integration, and reporting automation.
Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business intelligence.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with GxP and quality standards.
Partner with internal teams to improve information flow, analytics adoption, and data literacy.
Required Skills & Tools:
Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, R, Python
Microsoft Office 365, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams
Strong data visualization, analysis, and communication abilities
Knowledge of GxP principles, Quality Management Systems, and Veeva
Proven project management and stakeholder collaboration experience
Qualifications:
BS/MS in Data Science, Analytics, or a scientific field
5-7 years (BS) or 3-5 years (MS) of experience in data analytics or quality systems
Pharma/Biotech experience preferred
