Job Description:

Responsibilities

This role is critical in keeping track and reporting changes to the Bills of Material (BOM) for accurate monthly forecasting
Collect, compile and analyze data from disparate sources/systems
Ensures effective coordination across various functions including purchasing, engineering, IPT leadership and suppliers
Releasing and maintaining orders, documenting and resolving order delinquencies, and reporting any schedule adherence issues
The analyst will coordinate and support process improvements while working under general supervision
Documents and resolves order delinquencies
Reports schedule adherence issues

Requirements

Bachelors or higher degree
3-5 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
5+ years of experience with Excel and Google Sheets
Experience working both independently and in team environments
Experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
Experience with process improvements and ideally financial forecasting experience working with business partners.

Nice to haves:

Prior experience working with Coupa
Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
Prior experience as Materials/Inventory Analyst
