About The Role

As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining internal billing software, managing integrations, and ensuring system reliability and performance. You will join a dedicated development team responsible for the company's internal billing system -- a business-critical platform handling licensing, subscription management, and integrations with external services and accounting systems.

In this role, you will focus on backend development, system integrations, and implementing new functionalities. You will work closely with product managers, product owners, and business experts, contributing to both design and technical decisions.

This position suits a developer who enjoys coding, collaborating with different teams, and taking a consultative approach to development work.

Work tasks

Backend development and integration of internal and external systems
Designing and implementing new functionalities for the billing system
Improving system performance, caching, and scalability
Collaborating with product management and business teams to define requirements and solutions
Participating in technical design, troubleshooting, and code reviews

We are looking for

Strong backend development skills (Python experience is a plus)
Proven experience with system integrations and API development
Solid understanding of software architecture and data handling
Experience solving performance-related challenges (e.g. caching, optimization)
Strong communication skills in English
A proactive and consultative mindset

You are a detail-oriented and solution-driven developer who enjoys taking ownership and producing high-quality results. You collaborate effectively across teams, contribute ideas, and take initiative to get things done.

It is meritorious if you have

Experience with data engineering or analytics-related projects
Familiarity with AI-based or third-party automation solutions
Previous experience with fullstack development
