Requirements:

• Strong communicator that can influence as well as collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Lead design solutions within product teams by employing UX methodologies, lead UX workshops, and provide thoughtful problem solving and expectational interface design frameworks.

• Demonstrable experience with full Software Development Processes with an Agile mindset using Scrum Methodologies.

• Anchor and execute UX projects independently with the client (multiple stakeholders) by diagnosing business and user needs.

• Hands-on experience on all UX processes.

• Experience in working with enterprise applications.

• Documents and communicates design ideas to fellow team members, stakeholders, and clients

• Participates/drive in brainstorming sessions, and wireframe and design reviews to help solve-problems

• The ability to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX work.

Responsibilities:

• Drive/support UX workshops, present the design solutions and follow up with stakeholders through implementation and validation.

• Develop, produce, and iterate at various levels of fidelity and interactivity: wireframes, clickable prototypes and high-fidelity design for application, web, and data visualization experiences.

• Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience in design principles and rationale.

• Work collaboratively within cross-disciplinary teams, as well as ability to work independently.
