Key Responsibilities
Wireframe Development: Create wireframe model screens using tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD
User Research & Testing: Conduct usability studies, benchmarking, and focus groups to gather insights and validate design decisions.
5-10 years of experience
Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to simulate user flows and test interface behavior.
Collaboration: Work closely with global stakeholders, product managers, and developers to align design with business goals.
Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and perform conformance testing.
Design Documentation: Produce journey maps, personas, usability test artifacts, and user research reports.
Skills & Tools Required
Design Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
Frontend Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery
Frameworks: React.js, Next.js, REST APIs
Project Management: Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, planning, and communication abilities
Hybrid - 3 days from London office/week
