What will your role be within the ITS Team ?
As part of the organization’s AI Agentic Transformation Program, the Change Manager will drive enablement, adoption, and engagement across teams to ensure a smooth transition toward AI-augmented ways of working.
The role combines training design, communication strategy, change monitoring, and resistance management, fostering both user confidence and long-term adoption.
Enablement & Capability Building:
Conduct a skills gap analysis between current and target competencies.
Design role-based training paths tailored to business and technical profiles.
Develop learning materials (e-learning, in-person, and blended formats).
Facilitate training sessions and interactive workshops.
Create user guides, knowledge bases, and documentation for end-users.
Set up resource centers and FAQs to support daily usage.
Provide user support during and after deployment.
Identify, train, and engage champions / power users to promote adoption.
Organize innovation events such as hackathons in partnership with external organizations (e.g., École 42, universities, tech hubs).
Governance, Monitoring & Measurement:
Define and track adoption metrics (usage rate, engagement, satisfaction).
Build and maintain change management dashboards for leadership visibility.
Conduct user perception and satisfaction surveys.
Identify barriers and enablers to adoption across teams.
Provide continuous improvement recommendations based on insights and feedback loops.
Communication & Engagement:
Develop a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with the overall transformation roadmap.
Create and execute communication plans per deployment phase or wave.
Produce engaging content such as infographics, videos, webinars, and newsletters to promote awareness and success stories.
Change Resistance Management:
Diagnose sources of resistance (automation fears, role uncertainty, lack of trust in AI).
Build and execute targeted mitigation plans by employee segment.
Facilitate focus groups to explore concerns and collect qualitative insights.
Identify and activate change ambassadors and AI champions across departments.
Lead co-creation workshops with end-users to foster ownership.
Manage objections and transparency communication to maintain trust.
Offer personalized support for highly impacted employee groups.
Continuously measure team sentiment and implement improvement cycles.
Skills & Experience:
3 to 7 years of experience in Change Management for large-scale technology transformation projects.
Strong command of recognized change methodologies such as ADKAR, 7 Stages of Change, or equivalent frameworks.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Hands-on experience in designing and delivering multimodal training programs (digital, in-person, blended).
Ability to create engaging learning content tailored to diverse audiences and levels of technical maturity.
Proficiency in e-learning design (formats, storyboarding, authoring tools).
Skilled in graphic and content creation tools (e.g., Canva or equivalent).
Solid understanding of Agentic AI concepts and autonomous intelligent agents.
General awareness of automation technologies (n8n, Make, Zapier…); practical experience building simple workflows is a plus.
Comfortable collaborating with technical teams (developers, architects, product owners) and translating complex ideas into user-centric messages.
Collaborative and business-oriented mindset, fostering adoption through engagement and inclusion.
Demonstrated success stories in AI and automation adoption initiatives are a strong asset.
