About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chargeback Analyst to support a leading organization in the healthcare and manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for process improvement. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive operational excellence in financial processes, particularly in distributor relationships and chargeback management.

Job Description

As a Chargeback Analyst, you will: Provide expert-level analytical and application support to improve service delivery, speed, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver ad-hoc financial analysis.
Manage operational relationships with assigned distributors, overseeing end-to-end processes for point-of-sale (POS) and chargeback accounts.
Implement solutions with distributors to reduce errors and enhance data quality.
Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the workgroup.
Support the Quality Team in investigating data-related Salesforce cases from business partners.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing distributor relationships and working cross-functionally.
5+ years of experience with SAP/Vistex, Power BI, Salesforce cases, Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and formulas), and PowerPoint.
Proven knowledge of chargeback claims processing and order management systems.
Demonstrated success in driving end-to-end process improvements in chargebacks and POS.
Experience applying LEAN methodologies.
Green Belt trained.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in data visualization and financial modeling.
Experience in the healthcare or manufacturing industry.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
