About the Position
We’re hiring a Founding Fullstack Software Engineer who’s excited about blending solid product engineering with applied AI research. You’ll work closely with product and research teams to design, prototype, and launch intelligent automation tools and AI-driven products.
This position offers a front-row seat to cutting-edge developments in large language models, system design, and human–AI interaction. You’ll gain hands-on experience designing production systems that combine advanced model intelligence with intuitive, user-focused interfaces.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and iterate on fullstack systems that power AI-driven automation.
Explore and evaluate new approaches in AI orchestration, prompt design, and model integration.
Collaborate with product and design teams to improve user experience for technical and non-technical users.
Contribute to team-wide learning through documentation, technical reviews, and experimentation.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, deep dives, and peer code reviews.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who has ridden the "start-up" wave, from growth in headcount, funding, or ARR!
1.5+ years of experience in a full-stack or product-focused software engineering position.
Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js (or similar frameworks).
Comfortable in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities and ambitious goals.
Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn about emerging AI technologies.
Bonus: experience with large language models, AI frameworks, or prompt engineering.
