Role: HRIS Analyst

Location: 400 Otarre Pkwy Cayce SC 29033

Position: Onsite

Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze, document, and improve business processes using various tools and methodologies.
HRIS Expertise: Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
Compliance Knowledge: Working knowledge of state HR/payroll, data privacy (HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance.
Technical Documentation: Proficient in creating user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation.
Data & Reporting: Advanced skills in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Knowledge of industry-standard information security practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of IT development and implementation projects.

Education & Certification:

Required: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Certifications: None required.
