Bilingual Project Coordinator in west Ottawa, up to 80K with mid-rise experience

Your new role

As the Project Coordinator, you will work to support a small team of on-site professionals on this mid-sized build in Kanata. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing construction projects. You’ll ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating communication between architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

Coordinate stakeholder communication and documentation
Manage RFIs, technical documents, and shop drawings
Assist with tenders, bid evaluations, and contract drafting
Oversee FF&E requirements, signage, and permit applications
Prepare waste management plans and coordinate public utilities
Manage relocation of sales/rental offices and liaise with marketing
Ensure smooth project delivery and transition to operations

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 5 years of construction experience as well as a strong knowledge of Ontario and Quebec building codes.

Experience with mid-rise residential projects (4–5 storeys)

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Bilingual (French & English) is mandatory.
