Job Specifications
The .Net Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services and APIs that power key business applications. This role focuses exclusively on backend development — ideal for a technically strong developer who writes clean, optimized C# code, builds scalable RESTful APIs, and has deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server performance and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET frameworks.
API Design & Integration: Build and integrate RESTful API endpoints that support data access, business logic, and application workflows.
Database Development: Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for high performance and scalability.
System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between backend systems, APIs, and internal data sources.
Performance Optimization: Refactor and improve existing code for better maintainability, reliability, and efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support application functionality, troubleshoot backend issues, and deliver reliable data-driven solutions.
Data Integrity & Security: Maintain strong data consistency, reliability, and adherence to best practices for database security and transaction management.
Qualifications & Experience
Required Skills:
Proven experience in C#/.NET backend development.
Strong expertise in RESTful API design, development, and integration.
Deep understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Experience connecting SQL databases to APIs, with focus on data modeling, transactions, and error handling.
Familiarity with modern development practices including version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD processes.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
Exposure to microservices architecture or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
