Location: New Jersey (Hybrid/Onsite Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern software development, cloud technologies, CI/CD, microservices, and Agile frameworks. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build robust and innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure applications
Architect and optimize microservices-based solutions
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and best-practice sessions
Troubleshoot complex software issues and ensure high performance
Contribute to Agile/Scrum planning, sprint execution, and documentation

Required Skills

10+ years of Software Engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Java / Python / .NET (choose as applicable)
Hands-on experience in REST APIs, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
Cloud experience: AWS / Azure / GCP
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab, Maven/Gradle
Front-end experience (if needed): React / Angular (optional line)
Experience with unit testing, automation, DevOps
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

Preferred Qualifications

Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams
Familiarity with security & compliance standards
Performance tuning and optimization experience

Education

Bachelor’s or Master's in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
