Do you get fired up about IT or OT security, penetration testing, security governance, digital identity, data protection, business continuity and/or incident response? Are you a trendwatcher on cybersecurity threats, technologies and practices? Looking to launch your career in this fast-moving, fascinating field?

We’re looking for interns to join our Cyber Security and Privacy department.

What You’ll Learn And Do

Our rapidly-growing cybersecurity practice advises clients in a wide variety of security domains. We help them increase security with technology (for monitoring, patch and vulnerability management and access management), strategy (governance and security architecture), processes and people (leadership culture and awareness).

We execute a very broad variety of projects that, depending on the expertise you’ll develop, range from application pen-tests, infrastructure security assessments, red teaming and incident response, to helping clients assess and improve their Software Development Lifecycle (secure software). You’ll help define a security strategy and governance, perform maturity assessments and help deliver cyber or information security roadmaps, including assistance with the implementation of tooling (SIEM/SOAR, IAM/PAM, …).

As an intern you’ll assist clients stay compliant with regulations (GDPR, SWIFT CSP, …) and build their human firewall (security awareness / culture) and organisational resilience with services related to business continuity and crisis management.

Who You Are What You're Like

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or IT management, technology-related programmes or a master's degree in civil or business engineering (policy IT), mathematics, (applied) economics or business studies, law, criminology and political and social sciences.
Interest or some experience in IT security and/or data protection.
Fluent oral and written skills in English, plus Dutch and/or French.
Analytical and able to work independently, but also sociable and communicative to work together in a team and with clients.
