Required

As a capital markets and treasury trader, you help carry out financial market, capital market and treasury activities, projects and initiatives. You carry out financial market trades based on the organization’s strategies, market environment and business needs to boost profitability. You develop management strategies for important, complex portfolios. Perseverance, sound decision-making skills and the ability to quickly tailor your approach are therefore essential. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You serve as resource person for your unit, clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to:

Carry out buy and sell transactions on financial markets in accordance with the discretionary risk limit
Balance business needs, risk management, requirements and best practices
Monitor and analyze economic data and market conditions
Work with the sales team to help develop new financial products
Develop and maintain a network of professional contacts

What You Bring To The Table

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
