We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between software development and IT operations, with the goal of improving deployment speed, system reliability, and scalability. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in dynamic environments, thrives on automation, and is passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate code testing, integration, and deployment.
Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise environments.
Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management.
Implement and improve observability tools (logging, monitoring, alerting) to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with software developers, QA, and IT teams to streamline development and release workflows.
Maintain and enhance security practices in deployment processes and environments.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response efforts as needed.
Who You Are
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
5-8 years of experience
Strong knowledge of Linux-based systems and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Good understanding of networking, security best practices, and system administration
