Marketing Manager – Diagnostics (UK & Ireland)

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of country-level marketing for a leading diagnostics portfolio. You’ll combine data-driven strategy, digital know-how, and deep healthcare insight to grow market share, build brand visibility, and support life-changing medical innovation.

What you’ll do

Own and execute the UK & Ireland marketing strategy for a high-growth diagnostics portfolio.
Lead account-based marketing campaigns targeting key healthcare organisations and labs.
Drive digital engagement across channels using Salesforce, Pardot, and analytics tools.
Partner with sales and medical teams to launch new products, campaigns, and education programmes.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
Manage budgets and ensure all marketing activity meets compliance standards.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and industry partners.

What we’re looking for

5+ years’ marketing experience.
Proven success driving B2B or healthcare campaigns in complex, regulated markets.
Experience with digital and account-based marketing strategies.
Deep understanding of the NHS and UK laboratory landscape.
Confident communicator, strategic thinker, and skilled multitasker.
