Job Title: AI/ML Architect / Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect/Lead with over 10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, data engineering, and cloud-based machine learning platforms. The ideal candidate will architect and implement scalable AI solutions, lead ML initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise AI adoption.
Responsibilities
Lead design & deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise use-cases
Build, train, optimize, and deploy machine learning & deep learning models
Architect end-to-end ML systems (data pipelines, feature engineering, model lifecycle)
Work with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities & deliver POCs/MVPs
Develop analytics models using Python, R, and modern ML frameworks
Implement MLOps pipelines for CI/CD & model monitoring
Ensure responsible AI, model governance, and security standards
Mentor junior data scientists and engineers; provide technical leadership
Optimize production ML systems for performance & scalability
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Applied Machine Learning
Strong experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Transformer models, GenAI tools
Strong understanding of statistics, NLP, deep learning, and predictive analytics
Cloud ML platforms: AWS Sagemaker / Azure ML / GCP Vertex AI
MLOps pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, Git, CI/CD)
Experience with data engineering (Spark, Databricks, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL)
Strong mathematics & algorithmic problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) / vector databases
Hands-on with OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Llama models
Experience deploying enterprise GenAI chatbots & copilots
Master's/PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field
