Role: Salesforce Architect
Location: Walnut Creek, CA or Phoenix, AZ (Onsite 3 days/week; Locals preferred)
Duration: 4+ months (Contract)

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications and integrations.
Stay current with Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
Collaborate closely with developer team to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Conduct impact analysis across all areas of the Salesforce domain.
Create technical designs, system architecture, and operation readiness documentation; obtain Architecture Review Board approval.
Write SQL queries and generate ad hoc reports.
Work with Lightning, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, SOAP/REST web services, and JavaScript.
Understand data structures, data modeling, and Salesforce API integrations with third-party tools.
Apply strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Participate in Release Management processes and CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Github, Copado).
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Manage multiple assignments under pressure and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Skills
High School degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Hands-on Salesforce experience with architecture and multiple platforms (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
Required Certification: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and/or Certified System Architect.
Preferred Certifications: Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, Identity Access Management Architect, Integration Architect, Platform Developer I, Data Architect, Platform App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect.
