Our client is looking for a SalesForce CRM Specialist to elevate customer relationships and business performance. You will be passionate about unlocking the full potential of Salesforce to and help our team lead the charge in CRM innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Customize and configure Salesforce to meet evolving business needs across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly solutions
Develop and maintain workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and integrations
Ensure data integrity, system performance, and user adoption through training and support
Stay ahead of platform updates and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals

Requirements:

Proven experience with Salesforce administration and/or development
Strong understanding of CRM processes and Salesforce architecture
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
