Job Title: AI Developer – Moveworks Platform

About the Role
We are seeking an AI Developer with hands-on Moveworks experience to design, develop, and optimize intelligent automation solutions that enhance workplace productivity and employee experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in conversational AI, NLP integrations, and workflow automation using the Moveworks platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven workflows and conversational bots using Moveworks.
Customize and integrate Moveworks solutions with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Workday, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
Develop and maintain NLP/NLU models to improve response accuracy and user engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define use cases, and implement automation solutions.
Monitor system performance, perform model tuning, and optimize automation pipelines.
Ensure compliance, data privacy, and security standards are met in all AI implementations.
Stay updated with the latest Moveworks releases, AI frameworks, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an AI Developer / NLP Engineer / Automation Engineer.
Hands-on experience with Moveworks (mandatory).
Strong understanding of Conversational AI, NLP, NLU, and ML models.
Experience integrating AI systems with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.).
Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and automation scripting.
Experience with enterprise chat tools (Slack, Teams, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with globally distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Azure AI, Google Dialogflow, or OpenAI APIs.
Background in enterprise IT support automation or digital workplace transformation.
Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.) is a plus.
