Moveworks AI Agent Developer / Moveworks Developer

Position Summary

The Moveworks Developer will design, configure, and optimize AI-powered conversational agents using the Moveworks platform. The role involves integrating Moveworks with enterprise systems (HR, IT, Finance), specifically Workday and Salesforce, automating workflows, and improving employee experience through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and configure AI agents using Moveworks Agent Studio- Build and manage plugins, workflows, and HTTP/system connectors- Integrate Moveworks with Workday for HR, payroll, and finance workflows- Integrate Moveworks with Salesforce for CRM and service management tasks- Collaborate with IT, HR, and Operations teams to define conversational and workflow logic- Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services for Moveworks integrations- Fine-tune NLP models for intent and entity recognition- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and workflow issues- Monitor performance metrics and user interactions to improve agent accuracy- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data privacy standards- Document architecture, workflows, and integration points

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- 3+ years of software development experience- Experience with AI conversational platforms (Moveworks preferred)- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and webhooks- Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Python, Node.js, Java, Go, etc.)- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or HRIS systems- Knowledge of NLP concepts (intents, entities, dialogue context)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and collaboration abilitie
