Job Description
1. Technical Troubleshooting & Escalation Handling
Deep experience in root cause analysis and resolving complex issues.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (support, product, engineering).
2. Monitoring & Automation
Experience with tools like Splunk, New Relic, Nagios.
Building automated solutions for deployment, monitoring, and configuration.
3. Cloud Infrastructure
Strong hands-on with AWS and/or Azure:
Networking (VPC, Security Groups)
Compute (EC2)
Databases (RDS)
Load Balancers (ELB, ALB)
4. Full Stack Troubleshooting
OS: Debian, CentOS, Linux
Web Servers: Apache, Nginx, HAProxy
RDBMS: MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
5. Programming & CI/CD
Languages: Python, Java, Go, CI/CD tools and methodologies
6. Soft Skills
Strong documentation and collaboration
Excellent communication (verbal + written)
Ability to estimate and break down project work
7. Education
Bachelor’s in CS, CE, SE, or related field
Must-Have Skills Summary
DevOps troubleshooting (full stack)
AWS or Azure (networking, compute, DB, LB)
Monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, Nagios)
Scripting/Programming (Python, Java, Go)
