I am working with a Leading Private Equity firm that are looking for a Private Equity Senior Analyst/Associate to join their team in New York.

Support end-to-end investment processes including financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, and preparation of investment committee materials.
Conduct in-depth industry research across multiple sectors to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential investment opportunities.
Monitor portfolio company performance, analyse financial and operational metrics, and assist in value creation initiatives and exit planning.
Collaborate with senior team members, legal advisors, consultants, and management teams to execute transactions and manage deal documentation.
Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and performance updates for internal stakeholders and external investors.
