We are now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of multiple projects across the country.
What you'll be doing
As a Contracts Manager With Balvac, You Will
Manage the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Take full ownership of project P&L, ensuring operational and financial targets are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, consultants, and the wider supply chain.
Promote sustainability and innovation, embedding lean construction principles across projects.
Lead and inspire project teams, driving a culture of Zero Harm, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Report regularly to senior management on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Who we're looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Proven experience in contract and project management within the construction or infrastructure sector.
Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Financial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance effectively.
A passion for safety, sustainability, and delivering excellence.
A valid CSCS card; professional/technical qualifications (e.g. APMP) are desirable.
Knowledge or experience of Lean Construction principles or BIM would be an advantage.
