Who We're Seeking:

We're on the lookout for a seasoned mid-level Software Engineer with up to 6+ years of hands-on Python experience.
Familiarity with AWS Serverless and related technologies would be advantageous.
Strengths in Pandas, Polars, Pytest, Postgres, and CI/CD is essential.
If you're interested in Agile methodologies, and have a curiosity about DDD and Event-Driven architectures, you'd fit right in.

What You'll Do:

Spearhead core capabilities for Client Onboarding Value Stream.
Bring to life our loosely-coupled event-based architectural vision.
Elevate user experiences and process-based outcomes.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to collective growth.

Process:

Zoom call with the technical lead (60 mins): Discuss your career journey and skills.
Face-to-face session with the team (90 mins): Collaborate on an exercise, showcasing your skills and working style.
Zoom calls with the executive team (30 mins each): Explore industry insights and the company's role.
