Job Specifications

We are seeking a dynamic CTO with deep expertise in corporate payments and strong experience in the consulting environment. The ideal candidate will define and lead the firm’s technology vision, engage directly with clients, and drive solution design across corporate payment solutions, modernization, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy across the corporate payments ecosystem.
Lead client-facing engagements — including RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and technology presentations.
Provide strategic direction for corporate payments, API modernization, cloud, and real-time payment initiatives.
Partner with business and delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions.
Act as a trusted technology advisor to clients and internal leadership.
Build, mentor, and grow high-performing architecture and engineering teams.

Required Experience

15+ years in technology leadership with 7+ years in corporate payments.
Strong consulting background — experienced in client engagement, pre-sales, and RFP ownership.
Expertise in corporate payment solutions, acquiring, issuing, settlement, and open banking APIs.
Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and enterprise architecture.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
