Job Specifications

A leading investment management firm is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its Human Capital team. In this role, the coordinator will support the full lifecycle of recruiting initiatives to attract, engage, and onboard top talent. The position involves close collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience and the successful execution of talent acquisition programs and events. High performers in this role may be considered for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruiting programs and initiatives end-to-end, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and organizing in-person and virtual events.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate hiring events, career fairs, and other talent engagement activities.
Maintain accurate candidate records, track recruitment metrics, collect feedback, and support efforts to improve processes and candidate experience.
Ensure recruiting initiatives are executed efficiently from initial planning through offer and onboarding support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field required; one to two years of experience in roles involving multitasking, problem solving, and event or project coordination is preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential candidate information.
Adaptable, curious, and collaborative, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Client-service mindset and interest in improving recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
