QA Computer System Validation Consultant

We’re looking for a QA CSV Consultant who combines structure, technical insight, and a strong understanding of GMP to support system validation in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that manufacturing automation systems meet the highest standards of compliance and data integrity — from project initiation to ongoing lifecycle management.

You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international pharmaceutical leader.

Job description

Review and approve CSV documentation (SOPs, URS, risk analyses, test plans, test scripts, change controls, CAPAs)
Support the validation of new and upgraded automation systems in a GMP environment
Provide QA guidance to engineering teams and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Follow up on deviations and ensure timely closure with appropriate CAPAs
Communicate quality and compliance status to the QA Qualification team
Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation and documentation processes

Requirements

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
3+ years of experience in CSV, QA, or validation within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and data integrity principles
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented work style
Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken)

Nice-to-have skills

Experience with automation or manufacturing systems such as DeltaV
Familiarity with Comet, TruVault, or Kneat
Background in QA Engineering or system qualification projects
