Now, we’re growing our consulting and resourcing operations globally and are looking for a proactive recruiter who can help Vedhanix identify contract IT opportunities, connect with clients, and source qualified professionals across the world.
About the Role
This is a remote, independent role for a recruiter or sourcer who loves exploring opportunities, building relationships, and connecting talent to projects.
You’ll act as Vedhanix’s Contract Sourcing Partner — identifying contract IT opportunities, engaging with companies and partners, and presenting candidates or consultants under the Vedhanix brand.
While our core specialization is Adobe Experience Cloud, this role will explore all relevant IT, MarTech, CRM, Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation contract markets worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Search daily on global job boards, LinkedIn, and freelance platforms (StepStone, Jobat, VDAB, Freelancermap, Malt, Upwork, etc.) for open contract IT / MarTech / digital roles.
Conduct direct outreach to hiring managers, recruiters, and vendor partners to introduce Vedhanix as a consulting and sourcing partner.
Source, screen, and qualify IT and digital consultants from different regions.
Match and present candidates for relevant contract roles under Vedhanix.
Maintain daily CRM or tracker reports for open roles, leads, and outreach status.
Publish and promote job updates and insights on Vedhanix LinkedIn page.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, recruiters, and consultants worldwide.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in IT, digital, or contract recruitment (global experience preferred).
Proven ability in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and outreach.
Excellent communication skills in English (French, Dutch, or other languages are a plus).
Familiar with global job boards and freelance marketplaces.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Knowledge of MarTech, Adobe Experience Cloud, or CRM domains is a plus.
Confident using Google Workspace, Excel/Airtable, Canva, and ChatGPT for productivity.
