Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of full stack developers through design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Design and implement microservices-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Build interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend components.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Implement coding standards, perform code reviews, and drive quality through unit testing (JUnit, Mockito).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Java 8/11+, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
Expertise in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React.js or Angular.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience with unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
