Education Requirements

Minimum: 2 years of college or Associate’s degree

Experience: 0–2 years of focused experience

Internship: Manufacturing or lab internship experience acceptable

Lab Experience: Required (academic or field-based)

Position Summary

As a Laboratory Technician II, you will support testing on clinical analyzers to assist with production support and complaint investigations, ensuring that supply chain requirements are met. You will work closely with biochemists across various routine technical assignments, including buffer and reagent preparation, and conduct testing or investigations on raw materials or final products using laboratory instruments.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques (e.g., pH measurement, pipetting, chemical handling)

Experience with automated immunoassay analyzers, ELISA, or chemiluminescent technology (preferred)

Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills

Team player with flexibility and eagerness to learn

Required Skills for Success

Ability to interpret data, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues

Strong work ethic and adaptability to shifting priorities

Compliance with Quality System Regulations and OSHA safety requirements

Basic understanding of GMP regulations (GLP, GDP) and familiarity with FDA, ISO, and IVDD standards
