COMPENSATION: $21.98 - $25.83, Home Office Grade 2

THE OPPORTUNITY
YES Prep needs a dynamic Student Enrollment Systems Coordinator with a robust set of experiences, to make our mission a reality. As a YES Prep employee, you will achieve jaw-dropping results, create pathways to opportunity for our students, and build transformative relationships.
To put it simply, you will support systems projects with day-to-day and configurations requirements, serving as back-end support to ensure the tools these teams need and projects they request are properly executed. At the same time, they will be an advocate for data-integrity across all student enrollment systems.
THE ROLE
When you join the YES Prep team, some of the work and responsibilities will include:
Assisting in problem solving in by managing HelpDesk tickets and continuously meeting or exceeding quality, launch, and performance targets;
Assisting and Coordinate systems documentation control and traceability, as well as coordinate quality related projects;
Interfacing with third parties, vendors and customers as required;
Serving as an auditor for enrollment system process verifications;
Participating in the creation of communication guidance resources for system implementation across all customers (leads, applicants, registrants, and current families);
Updating, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting key user data in support of our team and partners, i.e. marketing look-a-like reports, recruitment event RSVP and participation, email lists, interest packets, etc.;
Maintaining our knowledge Management database in basic document and system processes, if required;
Assigning appropriate access to SchoolMint, HubSpot, for new users;
Troubleshooting and documenting both technical and application problems, and communicates problems to the Director of Student Enrollment;
Auditing data reporting systems for the Student Enrollment team in order to ensure accuracy, proper work methods, techniques and compliance with applicable standards and specifications;
Engaging in data analysis and synthesis to inform work, team, and organization, anticipating and identifying problems in a timely manner. Can tell the story of recruitment and enrollment with numbers.

THE MUST HAVES
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 3-4 years of applicable work experience, preferably in business, IT support, or school operations environment
Exceptional project management skills, with an ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal skills and an energetic attitude; ability to work with all levels of the organization effectively and quickly build rapport
Proven experience building operational efficiency while proactively finding solutions
Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to produce high-quality work in a dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passionate about the YES Prep mission
Service-oriented, able to adapt to a changing environment while applying flexibility to work under pressure and remaining calm during competing demands
Proven data management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn new technologies (TEAMS, SharePoint, Canva, Asana etc.)
Must have reliable transportation to travel between campuses, if needed.
Ability to work a non-traditional work schedule
