Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Central London, office based, 5 days per week

Salary: Up to £260k (!) total comp plus meaningful equity

The Role

This is a high impact full stack role with a fast scaling tech company that has recently reached unicorn status. You will join a small group of top tier engineers working on complex, high growth products in AI. Expect real ownership, high standards, and a pace that suits people who want to build category defining products.

What You Will Work On

• Design, build, and scale AI driven features across the product

• Work across Python and TypeScript with a focus on high quality, clean engineering

• Ship fast, iterate based on user feedback, and help shape product direction

• Work alongside exceptional talent with backgrounds in trading, FAANG level engineering, and hyper growth startups

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years full stack engineering experience in a company known for an elite engineering bar, a high growth tech startup, or a high frequency trading environment

• 1+ year working in a genuine high growth startup environment at Seed to Series C

• Strong academic background in Computer Science from a top university

• Python expertise with strong TypeScript proficiency

• Comfortable with asynchronous programming

• Track record of delivering high impact projects or building fast scaling products

• Experience building or integrating AI products

• Clear motivation for a high ownership, office based, rapid execution culture
