You’ll help onboard new clients, support their digital journey, and build relationships that drive repeat business. Responsibilities

Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to grow the company’s online sales channel.
Pipeline Development & Management: Build, maintain, and track a robust sales pipeline in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear visibility into opportunities and potential revenue.
Customer Onboarding & Digital Sales Support: Guide new and existing customers through onboarding, account setup, and navigation of the digital ordering system, promoting adoption and usage to drive online sales growth.
Account Development & Re-Engagement: Re-engage dormant or underutilized accounts through targeted outreach, virtual consultations, and tailored product solutions to increase order frequency and maximize account potential.
Revenue Growth & Upselling: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs, order history, and preferences, working proactively to increase average order value and repeat business.
Relationship Building & Customer Success: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers, acting as a knowledgeable resource and advocate to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key metrics such as call volume, online adoption, conversion rates, and revenue generated, providing insights to improve strategies and achieve sales targets.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, share insights, and ensure a seamless, customer-focused experience.
Product Expertise & Market Awareness: Maintain deep knowledge of packaging products, digital ordering tools, and industry trends to effectively position solutions and anticipate customer needs.
Team Contribution & Continuous Improvement: Support team goals, share best practices, and actively participate in initiatives to refine processes, drive sales performance, and enhance the digital sales strategy.
Contribute to broader team initiatives as needed

Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or digital engagement, with previous exposure to eCommerce or digital sales considered a strong asset. You are comfortable navigating CRM systems, online platforms, and Microsoft Office, with ERP experience as a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about supporting customers in a digital-first setting. Knowledge of the packaging or distribution industry would be an added advantage.
