Job Description:

We are looking for a highly dynamic, outgoing, passionate cannabis enthusiast to join our high performing sales team. If you are a results-driven, motivated individual that excels in a fast-paced sales environment combined with authentic cannabis culture and appreciation, then look no further. We’re looking for people like you to join the Sensi Brands team!

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for helping to maximizing volume and share of market in their territory. Key duties include achievement of sales objectives, educating both consumers and retailers, and being the mastery of internal CRM reporting. Relationship building is essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

Represent and promote Sensi Brands products within retail industry.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets and achieve market share objectives.
Create brand awareness and community engagement within given territory and establish rapport with key target consumer.
Seek new opportunities to increase brand exposure and volume.
Identify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships that maximize profitable share and volume through distribution, visibility, and service.
Execute marketing initiatives and leverage them into gain on-going sales that would increase Sensi Brands shelf presence in retail stores.
Effectively manage your given territory, ensuring all administration records and information is up to date and documented in CRM platform.
Conduct programs with key stakeholders and customers at current locations.
Developing project specific proposals and sales budget targets based on client profile.
Build and develop relationships with managers and staff at each assigned retail location.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager in planning sales activities and setting sales goals for assigned districts.

Qualifications:

Proven track record working remotely and independently with 3+ years sales experience.
Clear passion for and solid understanding of cannabis and cannabis-based products.
College Diploma or University Degree is required.
Strong technology skills and proficiency in using Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is considered an asset.
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate our value proposition effectively to retailers, partners, and consumers, and speak confidently about the products and promotions. You alleviate confusion—not cause it.
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time for trade shows, company events, etc.
