The Opportunity

This is a commission-only sales role for a natural closer who thrives in the beauty industry. You’ll represent a curated line of trusted beauty brands, connect with salons, spas, retailers, and distributors, and drive product sales in your region or network.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the beauty, salon, and spa sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, salon owners, and beauty professionals.
Present and promote our portfolio of branded beauty products.
Negotiate deals, close sales, and provide ongoing client support.
Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth fulfillment and excellent customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in beauty, cosmetics, or salon product sales (preferred).
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Existing contacts in the beauty or retail industry are a strong advantage.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position — your earning potential is uncapped. The more you sell, the more you earn. Top performers enjoy high commission rates and the potential for exclusive territories as we expand.
