Job Specifications

We are looking for a Freelance Business Unit Manager SAP.

What will you do:

Define and implement the business strategy and roadmap for ERP solutions
Manage the budget, profitability, and financial performance
Motivate a high-performing team
Ensure effective communication across departments and stakeholders
Safeguard internal and external quality standards and compliance
Act as a strategic partner

You have:

Proven experience in a management role, within IT or ERP
Strong people management skills
Understanding of SAP or modern ERP
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset
Strong communicator
Fluent in Dutch, French and English are a plus
