Role Description

The CRM Specialist is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of Snap Supplements’ customer retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives across email and SMS. This role focuses on driving customer loyalty, retention, and revenue growth by leveraging data-driven segmentation, automation, and personalization.

The CRM Specialist plays a critical role in shaping the future of customer engagement and retention at Snap Supplements, leveraging data-driven insights, advanced segmentation, and cutting-edge technology to drive loyalty and revenue growth.

This is a full-time, salary-exempt position.

Salary Range: $100k - $110k

Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy & Execution

Develop and manage the overall CRM roadmap across email and SMS, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing calendar.
Architect and execute automated lifecycle flows — welcome series, post-purchase journeys, replenishment reminders, churn prevention, and win-back campaigns.
Identify new opportunities to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Own and continuously refine segmentation strategies to target customers based on lifecycle stage, behavior, purchase frequency, and engagement.
Partner with creative and brand teams to ensure messaging and visuals are on-brand and resonate with segmented audiences.
Test and implement AI-driven personalization techniques (e.g., dynamic content blocks, predictive send times, and personalized recommendations).
Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, creative, cadence, and segmentation to optimize engagement and conversion metrics.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

Work closely with senior leadership to ensure CRM initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to create a seamless customer journey.

Data-Driven Insight & Reporting

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics. Develop and deliver high-impact reports and presentations on CRM insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Identify opportunities to refine segmentation strategies and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and identifying trends
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage effectively with stakeholders
Proven experience in customer segmentation, automation workflows, and predictive analytics.
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive).
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and proficiency in optimizing platforms
Sales and project management skills to drive CRM initiatives and deliver results
Proficiency in technology tools related to CRM and data analysis
Adaptability to perform in a hybrid work environment
Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is an advantage
