Azure Cloud Engineer - 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)- Luton (Hybrid)
This role will play a key part in supporting a Customer CRM transformation program, partnering closely with Microsoft and other strategic vendors to design and implement a Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with vendors and design teams to manage and engineer the implementation of the CCaaS and D365 platform.
Support project mobilization by coordinating efforts between internal teams, Microsoft, and third-party vendors.
Define and document business and technical requirements, overseeing migration and integration across CCaaS and D365 components.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Design and implement Azure environments following tenant and account structure best practices.
Engineer compute and network resources required for the platform's optimal performance.
Support integration and deployment activities across Development, Test, and Production environments.
What You Will Ideally Bring:
Proven experience with Microsoft Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) components and architecture.
Hands-on experience with CCaaS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Infrastructure engineering, including authentication mechanisms (SAML/OIDC), compute, and network design.
Experience integrating Azure and AWS environments.
Contract Details
Duration: 6 months (with view to extend)
Day Rate: £425 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid - Luton
Start Date: ASAP
