Enterprise Architect – Agentic AI Implementation

About the Role
Our client, a top global organization, is seeking an Enterprise Architect (Agentic AI Implementation) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide architectures for autonomous AI agents and Generative AI solutions. This is a strategic, high-impact position at the intersection of AI innovation, enterprise systems, and cloud-native architecture. As the AI thought leader, you will collaborate closely with C-suite executives, directors, data scientists, engineers, and technology leaders to define and execute a robust AI architecture strategy. The goal: to enable scalable, secure, and ethically governed AI solutions that drive meaningful business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and own the enterprise AI architecture vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with long-term digital transformation goals.
Architectural Design & Governance: Design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures for agentic AI systems; establish governance standards around agent lifecycle, observability, interoperability, and compliance.
Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend AI platforms, frameworks, and protocols such as LangChain, AutoGen, Azure AI Studio/Foundry, and Databricks to meet performance and scalability needs.
Implementation Leadership: Oversee design-to-deployment phases, guiding teams in AIOps, LLMOps, and agile practices for smooth integration and production rollout.
Data & Integration: Work with data teams to ensure robust data pipelines and integration with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, cloud-native platforms).
Security, Ethics & Compliance: Embed responsible AI principles and ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and global AI governance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable AI solutions; drive organizational adoption through change management.
Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of the curve in Agentic AI and Generative AI trends, continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and value creation.
Qualifications
15+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in enterprise architecture and 3+ years in AI/ML.
Proven expertise in cloud-native enterprise architecture (preferably Microsoft Azure).
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI systems, LLMs, and Python-based frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen.
Deep knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent EA frameworks.
Strong understanding of MLOps, data governance, and security architectures.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
