Overview Of The Company

We’re seeking a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst/Configuration to be an integral member of the team. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter that can perform well independently, interact with clients professionally, and collaborate with diverse internal and external teams. We’re looking to hire someone that can wear many hats on different projects and are responsible for requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud
In-depth knowledge of and experience in the Grants Lifecycle and processes
Preferred Skills Requirements:
Facilitates requirements and solution design workshops targeted for a Salesforce solution.
Authors functional design and configuration specification deliverables based on clients’ business requirements.
Experience Delivering IT Solutions in the Federal Sector
Ability to communicate clear and concise requirements to developers and configurators
Works independently to test Salesforce configuration and setup, test case development, performance, and load testing, End to End testing, and functional/regression testing (coding and development skills not necessary)
Supports User Acceptance Testing
Migrates metadata between Salesforce environments using change sets and other tools.
Advises and guides the client towards best practices in application configuration, workflow, customizations, and data validation.
Advises and guides the client towards best practices for salesforce.com user setup including roles, profiles, security model, permissions and groups.
Collaborate with end-users to create project-specific training material.
Conducts training sessions and stakeholder interviews.
Must know and understand Configuration
Must be a US Citizen
Able to pass a background check
