POSITION SUMMARY:

The Education Content Intern – Prestige will support the development and execution of innovative, engaging education materials and retail training tools across the AmorePacific Prestige Division (Laneige, Innisfree & Hanyul). This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to impactful training programs that elevate brand storytelling and drive retail performance. The intern will work closely with the Associate Director of Content – Prestige and gain exposure to the intersection of education, marketing, and sales in the beauty industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the creation and editing of education materials including product one-sheets, training decks, soundbites, and ingredient demos.
Support the development of digital content such as education videos and presentations.
Help manage and organize content uploads on the AP Academy LMS platform.
Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance training programs.
Assist with administrative tasks and project tracking to ensure timely delivery of content.
Support preparation and logistics for trainings and retail activations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
Passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior internship or retail experience in beauty/skincare is a plus.
